SEE WITH CORRUPT POLICE IT IS BEST TO CALL A LOT

Ron: THE HIGHEST RATES THERE ARE!! I WASTED OVER 200
DOLLARS IN PHONE CALLS WHILE IN THERE

JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
Ron: NO AS I WAS NOT IN THERE LONG ENOUGH TO BE
ALLOWED A CARD OR I DID NOT WANT ANTHER A
